Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries

These are fast, super easy to make, and taste absolutely heavenly.

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potatoes

  • olive or avocado oil

  • minced garlic

  • garlic salt

  • pepper

  • parmesan cheese

  • parsley

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees

  2. Cut 4 medium potatoes into fry style slices

  3. Put into mixing bowl and use enough olive oil to coat the potatoes evenly

  4. Add however much minced garlic you like to the bowl, I used about 1 tablespoon but feel free to add more if you want them extra garlic-y. Make this recipe your own!

  5. Sprinkle a good amount of garlic salt & pepper, the more the better but that’s just me!

  6. Toss in some parmesan cheese

  7. Stir the potato and topping mixture

  8. Lay the mixture on a baking sheet (I used parchment paper for easy clean up)

  9. Sprinkle parsley on top of the fries

  10. Bake in the oven for 14-20 minutes, however crispy you’d like your fries to be!
