What is “sound healing”?

In its most basic terms, sound healing is a guided meditation and stress reducer. It creates a safe space to let your body and mind be in the present moment. The thing most people like about sound healing, is that it gives them something to focus on. Unlike traditional meditation, where the mind has a tendency to wander, the instruments used with sound healing help to keep the mind open and present. Through the use of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, weighted and unweighted tuning forks, drums, chimes, gongs, and the voice, I hope to lead people to a state of ease and relaxation.

What are the benefits?

Sound healing can help with relaxation, reduce stress, improve emotional well-being, and aid alleviation of any aches, pains, and overall tension. It may also help to work through any unprocessed emotions or memories stored in the body. Each person has a unique and individual response to sound healing. Everyone responds and experiences it differently.

Sound Healing Sessions

Sound healing can be used in a one on one session or in a group setting like a yoga class or sound bath. It can be used to clear spaces in homes and buildings. and also be performed in schools or for local community groups. I am also able to be mobile with this practice so I can travel to clients offices, yoga studios, chiropractic clinics, integrative health venues for treatments. Additional fees are applied for sessions requiring travel.
